Let me guess.  You have been solving Outlook issues for your users by going to Control Panel>MAIL, deleting the Mail profile, and then opening Outlook to generate a new profile haven’t you?  That’s ok if you’re a beginner, but if you want to be a pro, then you have to learn the switches.  That way you can stay at your desk and automate things a bit.
